We are 100% supported by optional donations and future premium employer tools. We do not sell user data to recruiters.
Sourcing Policy
We manually verify redirection links. If a job link leads to a "Sign Up to View" wall, we ban that domain.
Algorithm Ethics
Our ATS Checker uses simple keyword matching (N-grams). No "AI Magic" scores that are impossible to understand.
Verification Pipeline
90% of our listings direct to `careers.company.com`.
Only used when direct links are unavailable.
Banned Practices
- No "Pay to Apply" jobs.
- No consultancy forms masquerading as jobs.
- No dead links older than 30 days.

RoleHiveX is built by engineers, for engineers. Parts of our utility libraries (like the CTC calculator logic and Resume Parser regex patterns) are open for inspection.

Do you sell my resume?
Never. Your resume text is processed in your browser's RAM and disappears when you close the tab.
Why are salaries estimated?
Companies often hide salaries. We use Glassdoor/Levels.fyi averages based on the role and location to give you a realistic range.
How current are the jobs?
Our database refreshes every 24 hours. We auto-archive jobs that are older than 30 days.
