01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RoleHiveX (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
02 Description of Services
RoleHiveX provides users with access to a rich collection of resources, including but not limited to:
- Job Aggregation: Curated lists of job openings from various external sources.
- ATS Nucleus: A client-side tool for analyzing resume compatibility with job descriptions.
- Fresher Guides: Educational content regarding interview preparation and salary breakdowns.
You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that RoleHiveX assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
03 User Data & Local Storage
We prioritize your privacy. RoleHiveX operates primarily as a client-side application.
- Resume Data: Any text you paste into the ATS Nucleus tool is processed locally within your browser. We do not store, upload, or save your resume text to any server.
- Bookmarks: Saved jobs are stored in your browser's Local Storage (localStorage API). Clearing your browser cache will remove these saved items.
- Cookies: We use minimal cookies solely for maintaining user preferences (such as Dark/Light theme selection).
04 Accuracy Disclaimer
RoleHiveX acts as an aggregator. While we strive to verify all listings:
- We are not responsible for the authenticity of job offers hosted on third-party websites.
- Salary figures (CTC) displayed are often estimates based on market standards or data provided in the description and may not reflect the final offer.
- Users are advised to verify the company's legitimacy before applying or sharing personal sensitive information.
05 Intellectual Property
The "RoleHiveX" name, logo, and original content (Fresher Guides, ATS Logic) are the intellectual property of the developer (Rakeshtsg).
Company logos displayed in job listings are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes under fair use.
06 Contact & Violations
If you find any listing that violates your copyright, or if you encounter a fraudulent job post, please report it immediately.
